Where we ship We currently ship Australia-wide only. International shipping isn't available yet, but it's on the horizon as we grow — stay tuned.

Processing time Orders are hand-packed and typically dispatched within 3-5 business days of purchase. Each whistle is 3D printed and packed by us — not a warehouse — so we appreciate your patience if things take a little longer during busy periods.

Delivery time Once dispatched via Australia Post, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please find the most up to date shipping times through the Australia Post website: https://auspost.com.au/personal/sending/delivery-speeds-and-coverage  

Order tracking Track your parcel any time using the link in your dispatch confirmation email, or via the Australia Post app.

Missing or delayed parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, check your tracking link first. If it's still not showing movement, get in touch at feralinstinct.aus@gmail.com  and we'll chase it up with Australia Post on your behalf.
